We are a global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company that designs and builds some of the world’s most challenging projects. With a headquarter in Irvine, CA we provides a wide range of professional and technical solutions to deliver safe, well-executed projects for clients across various industries and markets.

We are looking to hire on an Analyst to assist in a support role. This will be a contract opportunity for the 2024 year with extension likely. The candidate has to have above average people skills along with some technical acumen.

Top Skills Required:

1. 3 years experience developing and supporting Metastorm BPM v9, including forms, scripting and workflow design, with implementation and maintenance of workflow systems.

2. Experience assisting customers in assessing, developing, and delivering quick and easy technical solutions for process workflow automation and control with Metastorm‘s BPM Suite.

3. Understanding of the SDLC - such as requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation.

This would cover a wide range of activities but here are some specific examples to give a better idea for the candidates.

• Content Maintenance - Helping to create and maintain various aspects of application support content including:

o In-context WalkMe content and integrated BPM help content.

o Knowledge on line application page content development & maintenance for application Wikis.

o In-app email content management.

o Project support materials related to BPM app implementation - Job Bulletins & Job Aids, Workflow visualization, Training Materials.

• Application Maintenance & Support

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and supporting Metastorm BPM v9, including forms, scripting and workflow design, with implementation and maintenance of workflow systems.

• Assist customer in efforts to improve business processes by applying leading technologies such as business process management automation along with expertise in best practice techniques.

• Assist customers in assessing, developing, and delivering quick and easy technical solutions for process workflow automation and control with Metastorm ‘s BPM Suite.

• 3 years of Metastorm BPM experience.

• Experience with Metastorm BPM v9, including forms, scripting and workflow design, with implementation and maintenance of workflow systems.

• Software development life cycle experience, such as requirements gathering, design, development, testing and implementation.

Optional/Recommended.

• Metastorm Developer Certification or OpenText MBPM Developer Certification
