Make a Difference

The Supervisor of Case Management is located at Community Hospital Anderson. This position will lead the activities of assigned staff by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department goals. The Supervisor will promote department goals by selecting, motivating, and training staff. This position will work on well-defined issues and/or projects. The supervisor may be required to interpret the application of policies, procedures, and technical methods for staff. This position may be required to cover a caseload.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should demonstrate the ability to adapt to a variety of situations, changes, and new learnings. Applicants can motivate and lead high-performing teams.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and/or Social Work.

• If Registered Nurse, an Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• If not a Registered Nurse, a Master's of Social Work (MSW) is required.

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) or current LSW or LCSW from the State of Indiana for Social Work candidates.

• Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) or equivalent certification is preferred.

• 2 (two) or more years of experience working in a hospital setting is required.

• Coordinate, lead, prioritize, and/or manage multiple projects competently.

• Strong relationship-building skills with all levels of the organization.

• Independently resolve problems.
