Location: Ashville, OH - Onsite Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions using React JS to meet the needs of our clients in the Food Services industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Mentor junior engineers providing guidance and support through code reviews and best practice recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies applying them to improve existing processes and products. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems ensuring high levels of performance and security. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for technical solutions and product enhancements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable software solutions. Ensure compliance with project timelines specifications and quality standards. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Document all work for future reference and reporting purposes. Professional Experience / Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sr. Software Engineer with expertise in React JS. Strong understanding of the .Net Framework JavaScript Azure SQL and C# is highly desirable. Experience with SQL Server and developing database-driven applications. Familiarity with cloud services preferably Azure and working knowledge of deploying and managing applications in the cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
