Coordinate with other staff to develop learning experiences for children age birth to 2 years to advance the social, emotional, language, and physical development of children; Respond quickly to needs of infants and toddlers.

Provide individualized lesson plans for each child, coordinate with other staff to implement daily activities and the general educational plan; Establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment; Assist with serving meals and refreshments; Complete individual assessments and enter data regarding daily health assessments, feeding, and diapering into each child\'s electronic file; Conduct parent/teacher conferences.
