Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Architecture, (Civil) Engineering, or another relevant field.

  • Experience in structural engineering and industrial product development preferred.

  • Solid background in architectural drafting and visualization.

responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients, vendors, and contractors to understand design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs, providing suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, site conditions, and regulations.

  • Create and develop detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and bills of quantities for diverse architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, architects, and subcontractors to make necessary adjustments to design plans, ensuring seamless coordination and integration of all project elements.

  • Examine drawings and related documentation to estimate time, cost, materials, and labor required for project completion.

  • Lead and supervise projects from initial conceptualization to final completion, defining project scope, managing resource procurement, conducting on-site supervision, and coordinating activities across different departments.

  • Generate progress reports, time schedules, and establish systems and procedures for monitoring and reporting project costs.

  • Utilize CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce detailed architectural plans, leveraging industry-standard software such as Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.

  • Maintain a high level of expertise in architectural design software and techniques, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.

  • Budget projects effectively, ensuring financial feasibility and adherence to client expectations.

  • Willingness to travel to visit job sites as needed.
