OVERVIEW:

This is work performing routine and semi-skilled duties in customer service, maintenance, repair, and construction of properties managed and operated by the Division of Parks, Trails and Building Grounds, including the Reuter-Hess property. This position is part of the career path in the Division of Parks, Trails and Building Grounds.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Must be at least 17 years of age. At minimum, must be enrolled in high school or a GED program. High school diploma preferred. Requires some maintenance or construction experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS:

Must possess a valid Driver's License upon hire, with complying insurance. Review of motor vehicle record is required at time of hire and periodically throughout employment.
