DaVita's procurement team also known as PRISM (Procurement, Risk reduction, Innovation, and Supply Management) is on a multi-year journey to transform our strategic sourcing, procurement,and supply management, processesinto best-in-classoperating models for our patients and partners.We seek an innovative leader with advanced Procurement Systems experience to join our leadership team.

The Director, Procurement Transformation, reporting to the Senior Director, Operations Excellence, will play a vital role in leveraging technology to enable four pillars: value creation, digital transformation, risk mitigation, and talent development. This role will lead and execute high-visibility initiatives with precision and timeliness. This leader will be responsible for developing a multi-year digital roadmap to stabilize DaVita's existing Procure-to-pay platforms and evaluate future technology (including artificial intelligence-enabled solutions), demand planning, and inventory management systems, to name a few.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive integration of multiple program workstreams to deliver on Procurement's transformational objectives

Experience with Coupa P2P required

Affect positive change on projects by analyzing performance metrics and dashboards for continuous improvement.

Lead and govern the source-to-pay (S2P) digital footprint and business optimization team.

Bring to bear previous procurement systems experience to identify and deploy best-in-class tools and platforms as necessary.

Createa culture that enables agility and automation through technology

Manage relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure digital transformationinitiatives enable desiredmulti-year objectives and business outcomes

Thoughtfully coach and develop a team of 4+ leaders. Identifystandard models and cadence for continuous improvement and automation opportunities.

Seek out innovative technology to further advance our procurement digital strategy.

Problem solver with Technology implementation experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Proficiency in Coupa required

Previous leadership experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within procurement.

This role also leads Operational Excellence projects that will drive efficiencies andprovide solutions that assist inmaintaining a competitive cost position. The position is a member of the Procurement Leadership Team and must uphold the Core Values of DaVita and comply with DaVita policies and regulations.
