We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Brand Management to lead our brand initiatives across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, with experience in developing and implementing brand guidelines, systems, and governance programs. They will be responsible for ensuring consistency and alignment in our brand messaging and visual identity, while also driving brand ambassador programs and training initiatives to foster brand advocacy internally and externally. About the Role In this opportunity asDirector, Brand Management,you will: Brand Guideline Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and regions. Continuously evolve guidelines to reflect changes in brand strategy, industry trends, and market dynamics. Brand Training and Governance: Develop and deliver brand training programs for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on brand guidelines, values, and messaging. Establish governance processes and frameworks to define areas where the brand should remain consistent and where flexibility is needed to align with brand and business goals, ensuring freshness and relevance. Brand Governance and Compliance Oversight: Ensure senior-level oversight of brand compliance to maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all departments, regions, and marketing channels. Engage and align with senior stakeholders as needed to uphold brand integrity, including monitoring brand usage, reviewing materials, and providing guidance to ensure alignment with brand standards. Brand Ambassador Program Development / Management: Design and execute brand ambassador programs to empower employees and partners. Provide guidance and support to brand ambassadors, fostering a culture of brand advocacy within the organization. Collaborating and Influencing Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various departments such as marketing, sales, product, digital design, and corporate communications to ensure alignment of brand adoption and activation with overall business objectives. This involves fostering collaboration, building consensus, and influencing stakeholders to support the brand vision and strategy. Managing Brand Assets and Resources: Provide strategic oversight to the creation, organization, and distribution of brand assets such as logos, visuals, templates, and brand collateral. It includes establishing efficient processes and tools for asset management to support decentralized teams. Utilizing AI Tools for Brand Management Enhancement: Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance brand management efforts. Stay updated on advancements in AI that can streamline processes, improve data analysis, and optimize brand governance where relevant. About You You're a fit for the role ofDirector, Brand Managementif your background includes: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably in the B2B information services sector. Proven track record of developing and implementing brand guidelines, systems, and governance programs in a large, matrixed organization. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to brand management, able to identify opportunities and drive results. Experience managing brand ambassador programs and conducting brand training initiatives. Proficiency in brand management tools and software. Graphic design skills and expertise strongly preferred. Change management expertise a plus, given transformational period for business and brand. What's in it For You?
