Sodexo is seeking a n Executive Chef 2 for North Oaks Hospital located in Hammond, Louisiana. North Oaks Health System is a 330 bed facility andis one of Louisiana’s largest and most progressive community hospital organizations and isstrategically based between New Orleans and Baton Rouge.

The Executive Chef 2 will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operation in patient services, retail and catering.We are looking for a charismatic and organized individual to support a team of 50 frontline associates.

  • knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets;

  • experience with oversight of diet offices; and/or

  • strong management skills, preferably in health care.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
