Aerotek is looking for a Logistics Terminal Clerk who will ring in truck and schedule shipping/receiving action items. This position will include responsibilities such as:

• Answer incoming phone calls and calls from gate callbox

• Assist Inventory & Logistics Coordinator by generating picking tickets and assembling all LTL shipment & delivery packets on a daily basis

• Prep & data entry of AP invoices on daily basis in Sage (low volume)

• Track trucking data & billing information on Excel spreadsheet

• Filing / general administrative duties / order office supplies as needed

The idea candidate will be proficient in computer software's such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
