Senior experience with any modern CVD platform will be considered Thin Films IMPLANT Equipment including Varian and/or Axcelis Implanters, preferably experience with Axcelis 8200 and/or GSD AMAT/Varian E-500. Senior experience with comparable implanters will be considered Thin Films Sputter Deposition (PVD Equipment), including Trikon Sigma 200 and/or Aviza/SPTS fxP Sigma and/or AMAT Endura experience. Senior experience with comparable sputter tools will be considered Etch HDP including Aviza/SPTS fxP Sigma.
