Cumberland Hall Hospital is seeking a dynamic, high energy, performance driven Director of Clinical Services.

The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at the facility, ensuring inpatient and outpatient programs meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of a clinical treatment programs.

Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97 bed, licensed, acute psychiatric hospital located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY. Cumberland Hall features individual units for youth, adults and active duty military, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. On average over 1500 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Cumberland Hall Hospital.

    Qualifications

    Director of Clinical Services

    Education : Master’s degree in social work, clinical counseling, psychology or nursing required. Preference will be given to social work candidates.

    Experience : Minimum of five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years experience in advanced clinical/management practice and inpatient experience preferred.

    License : Appropriate State of Kentucky licensure in mental health, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred. Candidates without full licensure will not be considered.

    Additional Requirements : A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities. A working knowledge of DSM-5-TR. Additional preference will be given to candidates with program development history.
