Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Candidates will typically have 5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience with program execution and ISO standards.

  • Experience in electrical safety.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Typically 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience with mission critical safety environments.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving our Electrical Safety Program in the Europe region. You will manage and execute Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs, projects, and partnerships, particularly the Electrical Safety Program.

  • Develop, launch, and track Electrical Safety Programs and other EHS programs across EMEA.

  • Help create and maintain robust EHS/electrical safety guidelines.

  • Identify electrical hazards and implement risk reduction plans.

  • Partner with stakeholders to achieve electrical safety goals and implementation of EHS. Monitor and enforce electrical safety regulations throughout EMEA.
