Manpower Engineering is partnering with a leading provider of advanced coating solutions that specializes in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technology. This organization empowers industries worldwide with innovative and high-performance coatings that enhance product durability, efficiency, and sustainability. The company is currently hiring for a dynamic Application Engineer - ALD Coating Technology Specialist to join their talented team.

Job Title: Application Engineer - ALD Coating Technology Specialist

Location: Longmont, CO

Pay Range: $70-120K

What’s the Job?

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for ALD coating solutions across various industries.

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their coating requirements, challenges, and objectives.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the application and integration of ALD coating processes into customer applications.

  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations, trials, and tests to showcase the performance and capabilities of our ALD coatings.

  • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution for ALD coating qualifications, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in application engineering, technical sales, or project management.

  • Knowledge of ALD coating principles, processes, and equipment.

  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering superior support and exceeding client expectations.
