Senior Manager, Readiness Enablement (Nashville, TN)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to become an Operations leader, responsible for assisting Senior Sales Leadership with driving and managing many aspects of the Sales Readiness enablement cycle, including but not limited to quota management, territory management, organizational design, transformation, analytics, project management, and preparation for Goal Sheets across Business Lines.

You will also work in close collaboration with functional and business leaders across the Philips North America organization. You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and working cross functionally, on initiatives to improve processes, productivity, leadership visibility to key metrics, data and analytics supporting effective leader decision making, and in reducing complexity while ensuring appropriate communication flow with workstreams spanning across Commercial Operations.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation as we continue to improve upon operational efficiencies.

Your role:

  • Managing the overall Quota, Territory, Org. design and other readiness processes across NAM Market, ensuring all activities performed are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Work closely with Sales and Business leaders. Analyze and propose alternatives to methodology, to better incent sellers, and drive transparency across functions, and/or improve linkage between quota, territory alignment and overall business objectives. Regularly interact and present to market executives on complex topics

  • Pro-actively support strategy execution by delivering meaningful, accurate and timely analysis on business performance, quotas, territories, thereby supporting relevant stakeholders to make fact- based sound business decisions (including geographical view, historical performance, territory maps etc.)

  • Own implementation of seller changes within SalesForce.com and across other tooling platforms, upholding data integrity and one source of truth

  • Participate and lead market initiatives and projects as the Territory Management lead SME

  • Drive innovation with respect to systems, processes, and technology improvements, and act as a change agent to expedite transformation

  • Recognize operational issues/challenges and recommend solutions

  • Own readiness process execution. Drive resolution of high complexity escalations for market. Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrections, and work with leadership on communication strategy.

  • Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.

  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.

  • Partner with Sales leaders supporting them through the various Readiness processes ensuring that strategic alignments, quota process and deadlines are executed successfully

  • Train and mentor new members of the team

  • Ultimate SME of NAM quota setting processes

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor Degree required; MBA preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, Finance, or Quota Management

  • SFDC Administration experience

  • Excel expert, Power BI

  • Anaplan experience an asset

  • Working knowledge of compensation, reporting, analytics, and IT tools

  • Significant sales operations insight with the ability to understand, interpret, and present complex data to a senior management level audience

  • Effective communicator; results-oriented, and energetic- with a track record of creative problem-solving and relationship building

  • Experience within a matrixed organization, paired with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Influencing and networking with the proven skill to build strong relationships across boundaries

  • Strong team player with a growth mindset

  • Experience working in/with large, complex organizations

  • Positive, flexible, and well-organized to thrive in a dynamic environment
