Job Description

* 5+ years' experience in managing multiple tasks / priorities

* Excellent collaboration skills

* Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder

* Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment

* Capable of executing short-term tactical plans and tasks

* Proven history of time-management, organization skills and detail oriented

* Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with ambiguity at times

Skills and Requirements

* Role is in support of employee and consultant onboarding and tasks include submitting procurement requests, access requests, creating resource profiles, administrative tasks and other projects and analysis as needed

* Manage an assigned set of Resource Change Requests that include onboarding, offboarding, extensions and other changes for all USB resources

* Maintain focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes, raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget and/or onboarding timelines

* Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary

* Display strong organizational skills

* Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting

* Ability to work independently, within the team and across the organization null
