Robert Half is hiring for a Staff Accountant for the Palo Alto clients to include public sector, education and healthcare industries.

Requirements

Responsibilities for this Staff Accountant will be:

-Support the accounting team with month-end close, bank and account reconciliations;

-Flexible to assist with processing both accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions;

-Communicate effectively with the team and internal staff in order to research and resolve any open items or issues;

-Able to effectively utilize platforms like Salesforce, Zoom or Microsoft Teams for daily meetings when not in the office;

-Open to work on-site as well as a hybrid work model.

-Able to meet daily, weekly and monthly department deadlines.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Software: NetSuite, SAP Hana4, Oracle fusion, QuickBooks Online are preferred and desired by our clients. Must have intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
