The Role

Support two on-site Technicians for office repair & maintenance work.

For the successful person, this is a unique opportunity to immerse in one of the world’s most iconic media company and putting yourself on the map within CBRE.

工作地點: 中環寫字樓(有機會在其他市區工作)

職責及要求：

• 負責辦公室設備檢查，包括協助監管承辦商於辦公室冷氣系統、自動控制系統 、供水及排水系統、消防系統、機電設備工作

• 簡單室內木工，漆工，門鎖 和簡單廚房家電檢查

• 負責工作枱，枱椅，門鼓及鎖的維修保養工作

• 負責功能房間佈置，包括移出入枱及椅，巡查公眾地方及會議室的整潔程度，盆栽的一般狀況及魚缸清潔程度，處理一般寫字樓設施的要求。

• 懂得用簡單英語溝通

工作時間:

• 一週 5 天工作(需要在星期六工作，在星期一至五內固定一天補假)

• 早上 8:00 至下午 6:00

• 如工作需要，要求加班(有加班費補償)
