Draftsman | Pay will be based upon experience

Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5 PM (can be flexible on hours -- could be 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Reputable, local manufacturing client has urgent need for a Draftsman to help with drafting and date entry into their ERP system. Excellent opportunity to work for a really great company where employees enjoy going to work each day.

Draftsman Responsibilities will include:

• General Drafting which will consist of creating shop drawings using both AutoCAD and SolidWorks, printing drawings for shop work orders, and checking other team member’s shop drawings.

• Back-up for Operating Nesting Software (Sigmanest).

• Back-Up for full time person operating Nesting Program for both Laser Cutter and Water Jet Cutter.

• Data Entry for Manufacturing Side of ERP Software (QAD) i.e. product structures and work order routings.

• Other tasks as requested.

Requirements for Draftsman position:

• Candidates should have previous drafting experience utilizing AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit and QAD which is similar to Oracle.

• Minimum two year associates degree or drafting experience in lieu of degree.

• Strong computer skills.

• Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel).

• Solid Works experience required.

• AutoCAD experience preferred.

• Revit experience preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented.

• Team Player.
