Dick White Referral Veterinary Specialists based in the beautiful countryside of Cambridgeshire are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Client Care Team member to join the friendly team. You will join the Client Care team as being a welcoming face to our local clients and patients.

This is a full-time and permanent role, working alternating weeks of 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm Tuesday - Friday and 9am-5pm every Saturday.

Role and Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner

• Communicating directly with our vets, physiotherapists and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients

• Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices

• Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice

• Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues

• Close collaboration with our Case Management Team regarding client accounts

• Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
