Position Summary: Responsible for interacting with customers and sales representatives via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Process and coordinate customer orders from order entry through shipment and invoicing. Work effectively as part of the Newko Polymers team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

· Process customer purchase orders, order changes and product RMA's according to established department policies and procedures.

· Interface with customers over the phone and electronically

· Enter data from sales orders through invoicing

· Process sales orders from outside sales representatives

· Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism

· Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments

· Answer any questions the customer may have about products, services and order status.

· Maintain and regularly update customer account information using computer software

· Assist in the development of needed records and standards and maintain accurate and detailed files as required.

· Other related duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· High School Diploma required, Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

· At least 3 years of customer service experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong people skills, positive attitude

· Dedication to customer satisfaction

· Proficient with Microsoft office, prior use of ERP systems and/or QuickBooks is preferred

· Attention to detail

· Reliable transportation

· Ability to pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen

Schedule: 8:30am -- 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional over time.

This position qualifies for full benefit package including, health insurance, 401k, and paid vacation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
