Supply Chain Analyst, Super User The Supply Chain Analyst, Super User in supply chain planning performs a number of duties that are essential to the development and enhancement of SAP ERP system of Momentive Technologies Ceramics plants in Strongsville, Ohio and Kozuki, Japan. These duties include researching, evaluating, and implementing various SAP solutions to make an effective use of the SAP production planning and materials management features in make-to-order manufacturing environment. The super user works as a part of a team to implement new solutions, train users and ensures consisitency of procedures and process across various businesses. Primary metrics for the Supply Chain Analyst, Super User will be on-time implementation of new developments (or solutions to existing problems) per the established plan. Responsibilities Evaluate the necessary configuration to support the business requirements in ECC / R/3 or SAP S4/Hana, or SAP MES - MII system. Lead workshops and meetings to gain functional requirements from the business. Develop functional specifications associated with system enhancements. Evaluate, implement, and support new developments and enhancements. Develop and execute unit-test and integration test scenarios. Manage documentation (Process Design Documents, Work Step Instructions and Configuration / System) and training updates of newly developed functions, processes. Work with other business process owners, end-users, and project team members to effectively implement SAP on schedule. Develop, maintain, and provide technical expertise to transfer knowledge to other associates. Provide support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for all business applications. Provide necessary support to the business for production planning, materials management and warehouse management functions enhancements and train users. Present project plans to all levels of management. Communication of the short and intermediate term project plans to the Supply Chain / Operations / Commercial groups. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or supply chain-related field 5 to 7 years of work experience in a supply chain role, specifically in planning or materials management Experience with ERP systems - SAP experience in Production planning, materials management is must. Experience with Continuous Improvement and Change Management Ability to communicate clearly and concisely Demonstrated desire and ability to handle multiple tasks at a detailed level while achieving results in a dynamic work environment Detail-oriented and organized Strong desire and willingness to accept ownership / responsibility Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels of the business Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a technical discipline or supply chain-related field 5+ years Supply Chain Experience in a Make to Order Manufacturing Environment with in S
