Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist

Qualifications:

• A High School or GED diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• A valid State Drivers License or Identification Card.
• Construction billing experience is a plus.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes, executes, and adheres to the companys safety program.
• Prepares billing and disseminates billings to customers and/or engineers for approval.
• Monitors outstanding customer invoices and contact customers for collections.
• Maintains monthly work on hand summary.
• Assists accounting/finance department as needed.
• Performs other duties as required based on companys needs.
