System One Mechanical Engineer in Tulsa, Oklahoma

System One is partnering with a local manufacturer searching for a Mechanical Engineer and a Mechanical Drafter with experience in the HVAC industry. If you are interested in the position and have relevant experience, please apply directly.

Job Description:

  • This is a direct hire position with full benefits and PTO.

  • Uses computer software (CAD) to design fabricated sheetmetal.

  • Generates conceptual and preliminary drawings to be used for development of product.

  • Collaborates with Mechanical Engineers to solve mechanical design issues.

  • Communicates with the Product Engineering team to develop design standards.

  • Communicates with manufacturers to gather necessary information about parts and applications.

  • Confers with engineering management to complete assigned projects.

  • Provides complete bill of material by defining when, where, and why parts are used.

Qualifications:

  • Must have relevant experience in the HVAC industry as a Drafter or a Mechanical Engineer.

  • Preferably experience with designing piping schematics for HVAC refrigeration

  • For the engineering position, experience doing fan and coil selections for the units.

  • Experience doing fan and coil selections for units is helpful.
