Description Acara Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a construction safety solutions company located in Vancouver WA. Salary for this position is up to $60k/year Flexible Hybrid Schedule with occasional regional travel (15%) Our client is seeking a candidate with construction industry experience that has a strong interest fostering a career in sales. Receive and respond to inbound calls and emails from current and potential customers Place outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities. Prepare and issue quotations for all product lines based on customer's RFP Advise customers of potential fall protection solutions Utilize CRM tools to archive quotes, track pipeline progress, and create follow-up action items Follow-up on leads and quotations as required/directed Utilize web-based tools to track construction projects and create proactive leads Provide post-sale support to customers Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships within assigned region Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction Management Minimum 2 years exposure to the construction industry Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Desire to grow a career in sales preferred Entrepreneurial attitude and energy; flexible and adaptable to changing situation preferred Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
