Opportunities to work with patients throughout the continuum of care from the Actue Care setting into our work strategies program performing POET's, work conditioning and FCE's! Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Responsibilities Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures. Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care. Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and the r staff. In states where permitted: document in charts using accepted medical terminology and format Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinical Rotation (in lieu of experience) Ability to work 32+ hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
