Interviewers needed to perform work with the state’s employment services agency. The positions are temporary with the potential to become permanent. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. The duties include answering the 800 # phone line to assist our customers, claimants and employers with enrollment into the database (MACC), answering questions, updating information, entering and reviewing unemployment claims, taking statements if needed for adjudication process, conducting reemployment assessment interviews, making referrals to partner agencies and providing information to customers about job opportunities. Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years work experience in customer service or call center experience.
