Bayer U.S. LLC Product Supply Project Manager II in Whippany, New Jersey

Bayer U.S. LLC’s Whippany, NJ, office seeks a Product Supply Project Manager to be responsible for coordinating all product supply project management activities related to new product launches, production site transfers, line extensions, bonus packs, and changes to existing products for a defined group of Brands - ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and under budget. For “innovation” projects, this position represents Product Supply, working closely with the R&D (for a defined group of brands). Responsible for project managing all Product Supply specific tasks (sourcing, final structure and graphics definition, artwork execution, production tooling, all planning tasks, all validation tasks, product manual development, QA release, and deployment). For “non-Innovation” projects, this position is responsible for all aspects of project management of all new product launches.This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States but must be able to work in the Whippany office at least three (3) days per week.Must have a master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field plus four (4) years of experience in a related position in an OTC, nutritional supplement, or other consumer products environment.Will also accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field plus six (6) years of experience in a related position in an OTC, nutritional supplement, or other consumer products environment.Experience must include four (4) years: (i) leading cross-functional teams; (ii) with/in project management, production planning, logistics, forecasting, and/or procurement; (iii) planning, supporting, and leading complex projects; (iv) influencing and negotiating effectively with cross-functional teams to get optimal results for projects; (v) effectively communicating with all levels of an organization; and (vi) experience with leading and deploying cost savings initiatives that drive company goals.Must also have a basic understanding of legal, regulatory, and GMP requirements in an OTC drug and/or nutritional supplement environment as well as SAP (including SAP BI) MS Office, MS Project, and Tableau.This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States.
